Quick Takes for the Week

This week, we take a quick view of the hypocrisy of Hollywood Director Michael Moore and two other topics in the news…

Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction-More So When Michael Moore Is Involved

Last Friday, the Justice Dept. released several indictments of Russians related to Russia meddling in the last US presidential election.

Hollywood film director Michael Moore participated in an anti-Trump protest in New York that was organized by Russians, according to information released by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.  According to the indictment, the “Trump is not my president” rally held shortly after the election was Russian-sponsored and Moore was a participant.

Radical Islam Strikes Nigeria Again

Sadly, the radical Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram is still operating in Nigeria.

If you recall, they kidnapped over 275 girls from a school a few years ago and used them as sex slaves or ‘brides’ for their fighters.  Unfortunately, things haven’t changed and the group struck again earlier this week.  In the northern area of Nigeria, over 100 girls were kidnapped by the group with no word on their fate.
