Will we finally get to the truth on the election fraud issues? We should.
Yesterday Smartmatic, the voting system software company, filed a $2.7 billion lawsuit against Trump legal team representatives Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, along with Fox News and three of its on air personalities. Smartmatic suit accuses the defendants of perpetrating in a monthslong disinformation campaign alleging that the election was rigged and that Smartmatic participated in that effort.
Earlier in the week, Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.3 billion lawsuit against Giuliani and Powell for the same reason.
So this should make it pretty simple and straightforward. The way to get the suit dismissed is for the defendants to prove that their allegations are true. If they can’t do that, the companies will win their suits. We ought to get a clear, once and for all answer for any objective observer.
However, we know that those who refuse to believe and are not interested in any evidence, will find all sorts of reasons to convince themselves that the outcome of the suit is flawed if it does not agree with their opinion going into it. Of course, they won’t say that until after the fact, so that they can convince themselves that really want to the truth. And that is the unfortunate part of it all, both for them and for those of us who must suffer along with them because of their mental health issues.
